The folklore group Goral from Zdiar
is an amateur group of more or less 35 people from young, middle and elder generation. They present authentic Goral pieces of culture of the people living in the region of Zdiar by the means of their songs, dances, melodies and particularly by the means of their costumes.

The members of DFSk Goral wear typical Goral folk costumes, the essential part of which is the white colour - the colour of snow that covers the steep peaks of Belianske Tatras for the most part of the year -, the black colour - the colour of soil representing the drudgery of Gorals who wished to have something for dinner on the table -, and the red colour - the colour of bloody sweat on their hands.
